个人简介:
重庆大学弘深杰出学者,重庆英才创新领军人才、重庆市五四青年奖章获得者,第六届重庆市政协委员。主要研究方向为重要疾病智慧预警与数字化诊疗研究,主要包括合成生物学研究、重要疾病早期标志物筛选与检测、疾病现场快速检测、生物传感、微生物防控以及纳米医学的基础和应用基础研究。在Sci Transl Med,Nat Commun,J Am Chem Soc等CNS子刊和行业顶刊发表高水平学术论文80余篇,5篇ESI高被引。申报国际PCT专利6项,获国家发明专利授权36件。
先后主持国家自然科学基金委杰出青年科学基金、重点专项、面上、青年等课题,国家重点研发计划课题、云南省重点研发项目、重庆市杰青等科研项目30余项。入选全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单,获国家科技进步二等奖(排5)、重庆市技术发明一等奖(排1)、重庆市科技进步一等奖(排1、排3)、中华医学科技奖青年奖(排1)、中国发明协会创新创业成果一等奖(排1)、“十一五”军队医学科技重大成果奖等省部级以上奖项10余项。
担任中华医学会检验分会十一届分子诊断学组副组长、重庆市医师协会常务委员、重庆市医学会检验分会第八届副主任委员、重庆市科普研究会理事长、重庆市科技青年联合会副主席、重庆市科普作家协会副理事长等。长期担任国家科技部、国家基金委、教育部、国家卫健委等部委人才项目和各省市级科研项目的评审专家。
